Valley Star is the ABSOLUTE BEST! Everyone was SO incredibly helpful and nice throughout our sewage nightmare. Hands down the best plumbers in the city! From the first call to unclog the system, to running the cameras to detect the problems to fixing the problems, I can't say enough great things about this team of professionals. Thank you thank you for fixing everything and so quickly!

I’ve been a customer for at least 20 years and they have solved just about every plumbing issue a homeowner might encounter due to typical maintenance, replacing fixtures or systems, and remodeling. I called a few other plumbers I used in the past and got quotes to replace a pressure reducing valve. Having some familiarity with the process, I knew this was fairly simple and straightforward. I called Chambliss and their quote was almost $300 less than the others. The workers, Devin and Mark, were super professional and really nice to work with. Based on my experience I will absolutely call Chambliss first for all my plumbing needs moving forward and I’ll be sure to refer them. Woah! Timely, professional, thorough, knowledgeable--what more could one person want in a great business? Truly our experience was outstanding. The first call went out on a Friday, someone arrived on Saturday, parts arrived on Monday and repair was made on a Tuesday. We had 5 guests coming to stay for the week and they jumped through hoops to get us the part we needed and FAST! On top of that, they noticed our other water heater needed repairing to avoid the same problem in the future and they fixed it as well. With 9 people in a house and limited hot water, the Valley Star crew stepped up and no one even noticed there was an issue. We are grateful for Chambliss, Justin and his technicians who are a cut above! Thanks so much for a great experience.
Very impressed with Valley Star ’ service. Calvin was not only on time but he called to see if he can come early. Upon arrival, he efficiently provided quality service to install new kitchen disposal and faucet. When he was done, he diagnosed a leaky sink and fixed a leaking sprinkler head in the back yard. All of this was done in under a hour. As a additional bonus, Valley Star also gave me a military discount. Will definitely use their service again.
This is my first time using Valley Star and they did not disappoint. I had four other plumbing companies come to my house to troubleshoot issues we were experiencing with out tankless gas water heater. The fourth company diagnosed the problem and supplied me with an estimate to resolve the issue - cost was outrageous. The company we have a recurring contract with did not diagnose the problem - came out and gave me also an outrageous estimate for things they should have told us about before. Valley Star was courteous, thorough and reasonable. I’m a fan and will be using them again.
Valley Star plumber arrived on the early side of the 2 hour window given. He was friendly, professional and took care of business. He was very respectful of walking through our home and communicated clearly what he needed to do to fix our problem. We have used Chambliss for years and will continue to both use and recommend them to others.
I use Valley Star for any plumbing issues I have. They do great work, their prices are reasonable, and they don't try to talk you into work you don't need done. Today they saved me money by explaining the service I thought I needed I don't need at this time. I absolutely recommend them.
Ruben and Jesse came out to check our gas fireplace, make sure it was ready for this cold days. Ruben & Jesse were the best we have had in San Antonio, very thorough, check gas line, make sure no leaks, explained steps on how to operate fireplace. Turned on fireplace for us. Excellent Customer Service. I will be using Valley Star Plumbing from now on. Very Professional and polite.
I used Nextdoor reviews to get to Valley Star a couple of years ago and they have not disappointed me yet - with about 4 visits over the last two years, last one today. Excellent communication, on time within a shorter than normal window (2 hours vs. typical 4), quick repair, VERY reasonable pricing. All plumbing repairs are expensive but these guys never take advantage. Wonderful company, highly recommended!
Called Valley Star to fix my leaky kitchen sink. When they arrived, I asked if they could also extend the 1/4" line to our under the sink water filter. They fixed both in a jiffy and they also fixed our dishwasher drain hose that was not draining well (had bad odor due to stagnant water). All this with one house call. Outstanding work as usual!

They out the same day I needed my heater replaced, and even worked late to get it done, but only a little late because they finished the attic installation in almost half the time I was quoted.
